We undertake a wide variety of leadwork including complete roofs with flats, gutters and ornate domes, the sand casting of embellishments and ornamental rainwater goods.All works are carried out to individual specifications by our own craftsmen. Much of this work is carried out on prestigious historical buildings for English Heritage and the National Trust. We also carry out basic weatherings used on domestic properties for private or public sector contracts.

J.Hempstock & Co have carried out lead work for more than 40 years becoming specialists in the early 1980's. We have been members of the 'Lead Contractors Association' from 1986 becoming more involved within the lead industry from year to year.
Mr .M. T. Hempstock has been a committee member of the 'LCA' for four years and is currently Chairman of the Technical and Training committee, he also represents the association on the British Standard Committee - NFE/22.
