of code 7 lead flat roofs with timber roll detail including the renewal
of code 5 -8 lead gutters and code 5 vertical cladding and associated
weatherings

of new office accommodation. Redecoration to offices and changing rooms
including all floor and wall finishes
- Repointing
to stone and repairs/ replacement to fascades.
- cleaning
to stone facades.
- Installation
of ventilation system to office.
- Repairs
and replacement to external cast iron rainwater goods.
- Alterations
and modifications to internal plumbing and heating services.
